After our first trip around the world in 1997, everyday life became noticeable. What now? Family planning or traveling again? We decided on a combination. The idea to bring the travelers to us – in the form of a bed & breakfast – was born.
The grandparents house of Herbert has offered us the perfect foundation.
A fire in 2000 destroyed the premises. We have rebuilt the house on the over 200 years old foundations. We tried to maintain the character of an old local farmhouse as much as possible. Old wood, antique furniture and small details bring old and new to shine.

Our great joy is travel and topics on body, mind and soul.
The first trip with our children took us to Persia in 2006 and to Marrokko in 2009.
From July 2014 to September 2015, we took a long timeout and spent 11 months in Indonesia. Bali was our home where the children also attended school (Green School, Pelangi). During the school holidays we discovered the many islands around Bali: Lombok, Flores, Kalimantan and Java.
The regions of Ladakh in the Indian Himalayas, Sri Lanka and Scotland we traveled on the way to Bali and / or on the way home.
The body and mind offer in Bali has motivated us to be the venue for workshops, meetings and presentations in the future. Since May 2016 we have opened our own rooms.
